Our Heritage
Mama Mima was a woman that had a perfect combination of intelligence, creativity, good taste and privileged hands. She attended general and specialized culinary courses with instructors of local and national recognition. She always applied all the knowledge she obtained and added her personal touch to techniques and recipes she learned. Throughout her life, she collected a series of recipes of invaluable value. We have selected some of these recipes to create our products, and thus revive, even on a small scale, the great legacy that she left us.
